Thoughtful care informed by academic psychiatry.
Board-certified adult psychiatrist offering individualized assessment, medication management, and psychotherapy.

About me
I trained in psychiatry at Brigham and Women's Hospital / Harvard Medical School. I am an Instructor in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and currently serve as Associate Medical Director for Neurotherapeutics at McLean Hospital's Oak Street campus.
In private practice, I aim to bring the depth of academic psychiatry into a setting where there is time to understand each person's individual experience. My approach integrates evidence-based medication treatment with psychotherapy-informed care.
I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and persistent or difficult-to-treat mood symptoms, with an emphasis on collaboration and thoughtful treatment planning. I have also completed training through the Boston Psychoanalytic Society & Institute, which informs my interest in psychodynamic approaches to understanding emotional and relational patterns.
